Seymoure products are carefully crafted with sustainable materials. To ensure the longest product life, please follow the care instructions on each product listing.
As part of our commitment to heritage quality products that will last a lifetime, Seymoure offers complimentary glove repair for products that need mending due to normal wear & tear.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for repair assessment and an additional 2-4 weeks for the repairs to be made.
The Lost Glove Program
Seymoure is pleased to offer the lost glove replacement program. If you have lost one of the mates, reach out to our team, and we will be in touch to help you replace the missing glove.
Gloves that qualify for the lost glove program include: Seymoure Driver Gloves, Seymoure Fingerless Driver, Gallery Gloves, and RBG Gloves. Patricia Field gloves are not eligible for the Lost Glove program.
Complimentary & Overall Replacement Program
Terms
The term “Glove” or “Gloves” shall mean the following Seymoure branded gloves sold in the United States by an authorized retailer. Gloves shall not include any gloves purchased used or from an individual third party re-seller (EBAY, Poshmark, Mercari, The Real Real, consignment sales, garage sales, etc.)
Term of Free/Complimentary Glove Replacement Rights
The term and coverage of the free and complimentary Glove Replacement Program starts on September 1, 2021 and ends on January 1, 2022 unless otherwise extended by us as noted on seymouregloves.com.
You will have no rights to a replacement glove if your gloves are replaced with a new pair, or you return the gloves for the original product purchase price, or if you give the Gloves as a gift to another person.
Requests
If your request meets with the requirements on our site and pursuant to our site terms we will process your replacement in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Glove Replacement Program. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes and shipping costs to receive the replacement Glove. You may replace ONLY one (1) Glove per purchase of a pair of Gloves for the time that you or anyone else owns the Gloves.
Seymoure and the Style Station Inc. reserves the right to change the terms of this program or terminate this program at any time.
Limitations
Quantities are limited, and the replacement glove provided is with a new glove that should resemble the original. If your glove is one that has been sold out or is no longer available, we have the right to replace your glove with any style or color upon our discretion. All gloves are sold or provided on a “as is” basis and accordingly except as expressly set forth in these terms, Seymoure makes no express or implied warranty including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any of the gloves and hereby disclaims the same.
US Residents. The Glove Replacement Program is only available at this time to United States residents.
White Glove Service
Our White Glove Service is a fully custom offering suited for special occasions and ceremonies. Our team will work directly with you on the tailored fit and custom design for a pair of uniquely Seymoure gloves. To initiate our White Glove Service, please contact connect@seymouregloves.com. Each pair of Seymoure gloves is unique. We offer personalization services for customizing gloves and gifting. Transform your Seymoure gloves into a one-of-a-kind item.
Two Initials & Hand-Painted Patterns:
We offer artist customization for hand-painted stripes or initials. You may choose from a variety of colors for your personal design.
