RETURNS & EXCHANGESPlease review our return policy before submitting a return. Once you’re ready to submit, please email connect@seymouregloves.com to begin your process. The gloves must be unworn to qualify for a return.
We suggest you use our Fit Guide to avoid returns. However, should you need to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, both gloves are sewn together with tags, and in its original packaging. The material mustn't be stretched, altered, or distressed from its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at connect@seymouregloves.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at connect@seymouregloves.com.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns. When your return request is processed, we will send a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refunded total.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For returns on international orders, customers will be responsible for shipping charges. For international exchanges, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge and the shipping charge for the exchange.
We encourage all customers to check our fit guide and sizing tool to ensure the perfect fit on our products.
Sale items not marked final sale and gift cards are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items marked as final sale.

To facilitate an exchange please reach out to connect@seymouregloves.com. Once your exchange is received, we can process your order for your new item. Please check our fit guide to ensure your exchange is correct. For items of greater value, we will ship your new item upon receiving additional payment. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your return is not accepted, our service team will contact you to discuss a solution.
Any International shipping exchanges will be at the cost of the purchaser unless the item is damaged. The purchaser is also responsible for any international duty fees on items. We suggest you use our fit guide before ordering to ensure a perfect fit. If there is any issue with your order, please contact connect@seymouregloves.com as soon as possible.

How To Find Your Size
To find your perfect SEYMOURE glove size:
- Measure your dominant hand's palm circumference at the knuckles (excluding thumb) using a soft measuring tape or SEYMOURE's printable sizing tool
- Keep your hand relaxed and fingers together while measuring
- If between sizes, go up a half size
Our gloves are crafted from the finest lambskin available and naturally mold to your hand with each wear. For a looser fit, consider sizing up by half a size.

The Passenger is cut in the slim driving line and worked entirely by hand in Europe. Each pair is table cut on its own and sewn with piqué stitching using heritage European techniques, in ethically sourced Italian nappa or suede, cut to the hand rather than to a size. A new two tab carries elegance to the wrist. Every pair is stamped with its provenance: the master craftsman, the date it was made, the leather lot, the size.
It arrives in nappa and in suede, in five colors reserved for The Passenger. Vino, Ochre, Rouge, Indigo and Kelly Green.
