Please review our return policy before submitting a return. Once you’re ready to submit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your process. The gloves must be unworn to qualify for a return.
We suggest you use our Fit Guide to avoid returns. However, should you need to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, both gloves are sewn together with tags, and in its original packaging. The material mustn't be stretched, altered, or distressed from its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. At this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns. When your return request is processed, we will send a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refunded total.

For returns on international orders, customers will be responsible for shipping charges. For international exchanges, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge and the shipping charge for the exchange.

Sale items not marked final sale and gift cards are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items marked as final sale.
