We suggest you use our Fit Guide to avoid returns. However, should you need to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, both gloves are sewn together with tags, and in its original packaging. The material mustn't be stretched, altered, or distressed from its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at


At this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns. When your return request is processed, we will send a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refunded total.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For returns on international orders, customers will be responsible for shipping charges. For international exchanges, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge and the shipping charge for the exchange.

For items of greater value, we will ship your new item upon receiving additional payment. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
